She's here and we're parents!

Now I know it's been 8 weeks since Ms. Georgia entered our lives, but it takes that long to emerge from the fog of being a new parent. Our little girl arrived almost 2 weeks late but she's practically perfect. 8 weeks old now and she's smiling, cooing and sleeping through the night (please don't let me jinx it!). Here is a picture of our little princess. She's been to a wine tasting, a movie, a Diana Krall concert and a fashion show. She's quite sophisticated already and we're so blessed.

The beginning of a Family

I didn't want to bore everyone with a blog about pregnancy - it would mostly consist of me whining about swollen feet, numbness or inpatience. I wanted to start this with the joy that will be the center of our family - Georgia. She's still not here yet but based on our trip to labor and delivery last night, she's not far from her entrance. We can't wait to share our joy with you.
